We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
- Custom or personalised items are not eligible for return.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@cjdiamonds.co within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@cjdiamonds.co with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
