Refund & Returns Policy

At CJ Diamonds, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging intact.
- A copy of your purchase bill or proof of purchase must be included with all returns.
- Custom-made, resized, engraved, or personalised items are not eligible for return.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Lifetime Guarantee
All CJ Diamonds jewellery comes with a lifetime guarantee covering manufacturing defects to ensure lasting quality and craftsmanship. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, or improper handling.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email us at support@cjdiamonds.co within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- A copy of your bill or proof of purchase
- The reason for your return
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@cjdiamonds.co with photos, your order number, and proof of purchase. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
