1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping notification with tracking information (where available) once your order has been dispatched.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows are as follows:

• Caribbean region: 7–21 business days
• International (outside Caribbean): 10–25 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times depend on your location, customs clearance, and carrier schedules.

3. Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

4. Customs and Import Duties

Your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. CJ Diamonds has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

5. Shipping Delays

Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays. CJ Diamonds is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

6. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
